I've heard of these for some time, and even seen a few photos, and here's a video to top it off. I'd love to ride one and see how it feels. I imagine it would be a very comfortable ride.
If you're skeptical, it might help to remember that carbon fiber is essentially fabric to begin with.

I'd love to take one of those for a spin (or several). I bet the shock absorption would be great for an urban commute. I'd have to be pretty in love with it, though, to spend $500 on it...especially when I'm already riding on steel perfection.
